How your price is calculated

01

Contact capacity

The monthly volume of contacts we actively work with your messaging. The core of the price.

02

Paid-media management

We manage campaigns in your own ad accounts for the budget you approve. 15% of budget, with a monthly minimum.

03

Execution complexity

One track is included. Materially distinct objectives, audiences, or offers add coordination, and 10% each.

Contact sourcing is optional and billed once, at signup, only if selected.

90 days to momentum.
Built for long-term growth.

The first 90 days launch the motion, learn from real market response, and sharpen messaging and qualification, so there is enough history to judge performance honestly. You get transparency, iteration, and a partner invested in your results.

No long-term contracts. Pause or cancel any time after the 90-day minimum.

Questions? We've got answers.

How much does Revenue Force cost?

The core is contact execution: $599/month for Starter (up to 1,500 contacts worked per month), $1,199 for Growth (up to 4,000), $1,799 for Pro (up to 7,500), and $2,499 for Scale (up to 10,000), with the slider pricing your exact volume between those anchors. Optional advertising management adds 15% of your approved ad budget per month (with a monthly minimum), additional execution tracks add 10% of the contact-execution fee each, and one-time contact sourcing is priced per contact. Above 10,000 contacts is custom Enterprise pricing through a revenue audit.

What counts as a contact worked?

A contact counts once during a monthly period when we actively work them: net-new outbound prospects, your existing CRM contacts, dormant leads, inbound enquiries, ad responses, partnership targets, referral sources, or talent candidates. Duplicates don't count twice, advertising impressions and clicks don't count at all, and an ad enquiry only enters the pool when we actively work it.

Do follow-ups count more than once?

No. Follow-ups to the same contact never consume another contact, and neither does reaching the same person on a second channel. One person, one month, one contact, no matter how many touches it takes.

How does the shared contact pool work?

Outbound, inbound, database reactivation, partnerships, referrals, and talent sourcing are not separate subscriptions. They all draw from the same monthly contact-execution capacity, and the same person never counts twice because they moved between motions.

How is advertising management priced?

15% of your approved monthly advertising budget, with a monthly minimum management fee, billed as a recurring Revenue Force fee. One advertising platform is included. The budget itself is not a Revenue Force charge: it stays in your own ad account.

Who pays the advertising spend?

You do, directly to Google, Meta, or the platform you approve, from your own advertising account with your own payment method. Revenue Force never collects, marks up, or invoices your ad spend, and it never appears in your checkout total.

What is an execution track?

A materially distinct combination of objective, audience, offer, messaging, and qualification rules. Email plus LinkedIn to the same audience is one track; ordinary follow-up, reply handling, and minor copy variations don't create new tracks. Every plan includes one track; each additional track adds 10% of the contact-execution fee, and five or more routes to a revenue audit.

How does contact sourcing work?

Optional and one-time: verified email contacts at $0.50 each or email plus phone at $1.25 each (CA$0.69 / CA$1.69 in CAD), with a 1,000-contact minimum. It appears on your first invoice only and never recurs on renewals.

Can I start without talking to sales?

Yes. Checkout is self-serve up to 10,000 contacts a month, four execution tracks, and standard budgets. Larger or unusual configurations go through a free revenue audit so we can price them properly instead of guessing.

What happens after checkout?

Our team reviews your plan and begins managed onboarding: connecting your channels, tuning your voice and qualification rules, and launching the motion. You are not left to configure and operate it alone; self-serve checkout starts a managed service relationship.

Can my plan change later?

Yes. Contact capacity, advertising management, and execution tracks can all change on your live subscription, in place and prorated, without creating a second subscription. You see the exact prorated amount before confirming.

How does monthly versus yearly billing work?

Monthly bills each month. Yearly bills once for ten months of the contact-execution price, so two months are free. Advertising management bills monthly, so plans that include it currently stay on monthly billing.

Is there a minimum commitment?

90 days. The first 90 days launch the motion, learn from real market response, and build enough history to evaluate performance responsibly. After that you can pause or cancel anytime from your account.
