AI SDR

The AI SDR that earns your trust, one approved message at a time.

AI does the sales development work: it researches, drafts, follows up, and qualifies. Approval is your default starting point, and autonomy grows only when you choose. Qualified sales opportunities, created without handing your name to an autopilot.

An AI SDR is supposed to do what a sales development rep does: find the right people, reach out, follow up, work the replies, and book meetings, at software speed and software cost. The technology to do that finally exists. What most of the category gets wrong is what it does with that power: it points at full autonomy and asks you to trust a machine sending in your name, unsupervised, and hope.

Revenue Force is built the other way around. The AI is the engine: on time, drafting in your voice, keeping every follow-up on schedule. But you are in control. Every message starts in your approval queue: review a batch in minutes, edit a line, or hold one back, then turn up autonomy for the paths that have earned it. The speed is the AI's; the last word is yours.

That's the whole difference. The outcome you want is qualified sales opportunities, real people who fit who you sell to and have shown genuine interest, not a dashboard of autonomous sends. The meeting on your calendar is where you take over; creating the opportunity behind it is what Revenue Force owns. So the outcome and the control lead, and the AI does what it's genuinely good at underneath. You can also see why the AI did what it did: every draft, every reply, every hand-off is explainable, and everything that went out and came back is logged.

Who this is for

An AI SDR with a human in the loop fits when you want the speed but not the exposure:

  • You want an SDR's output without the hiring, ramp, and turnover
  • You're intrigued by AI outreach but won't let a bot send unsupervised in your name
  • You want to see why each message and reply was written the way it was
  • You'd rather start with approval on everything and loosen the reins on your own terms
The problem

Why most AI SDRs make people nervous

The category oversold autonomy, and buyers learned the hard way:

01

Autonomy without a brake

"Fully autonomous" sounds like leverage until a machine sends something off-key to a real prospect under your name, and you find out after it went. Speed with no approval step is just risk at scale.

02

A black box you can't question

Most AI SDRs can't tell you why they messaged this person, said that, or handed off when they did. When you can't see the reasoning, you can't trust the output, and you can't fix it.

03

No record when it matters

Regulators, prospects, and your own team eventually ask what went out. An AI that blasts without a suppression list, opt-out handling, and a full audit trail leaves you answering for sends you never saw.

How it works

How our AI SDR works

01

The AI builds and learns

It researches the right people against your ideal customer, and trains on how you talk and what you sell, so every draft starts in your voice, not a template.

What's included

Everything the motion needs. Nothing bolted on.

AI prospect research

The AI builds a focused audience against your ideal customer, reviewed and shaped by you before anyone is contacted.

Drafting in your voice

Every message written by AI trained on how you talk and what you sell, never a generic blast.

Human approval queue

The AI proposes; you dispose. One queue, a few minutes a day, and autonomy expands only when you grant it.

Explainable decisions

See why each message, reply, and hand-off was made. The reasoning is visible, not hidden behind a send button.

Compliance & audit trail

Suppression lists and opt-outs enforced everywhere, and a full log of what went out and what came back.

Calendar booking with context

Qualified meetings booked as invites, with a brief on the person and what they responded to.

You stay in control

Done for you. Never without you.

Everything runs in your voice, and approval is the default starting point. Review a batch in a couple of minutes, edit a line, or change direction anytime. You decide the level of autonomy, and it grows only when you choose.

AI as the engine, you in control
The market sells autonomy; we sell the outcome and the control. The AI carries the workload; you keep the final word.
Explainable, not a black box
You can see the reasoning behind every draft, reply, and hand-off. Trust comes from visibility, so we built it in.
Graduated automation
Start with approval on everything. Turn up the AI's autonomy only for the paths you've watched and trust, on your timeline, never ours.

Fair questions

Everything a careful buyer should ask.

What is an AI SDR, and how is yours different?

An AI SDR is software that does sales development work, prospecting, outreach, follow-up, reply handling, and booking, that a human rep would otherwise do. Most are sold on autonomy. Ours is built on trust: the AI drafts everything in your voice and keeps every follow-up on schedule, approval is your default starting point, and you can see why each decision was made.

Does the AI send messages on its own?

Not unless and until you decide it should. By default, every message the AI drafts, first touch and every follow-up, queues for your approval before it sends. You can later turn up autonomy for specific paths you've watched and trust, but you start fully in control.

Can I see why the AI wrote or did something?

Yes. Every draft, reply, and hand-off comes with its reasoning visible, so you're never approving a black box. If a message isn't right, you can see why it was written that way, edit it, and your edit teaches the voice.

Is it really AI, or people?

Both, honestly. AI is the engine that drafts in your voice and keeps the motion consistent; people provide oversight, judgment, and accountability; and you control what sends. We say AI plainly because the trust features (approval, explainability, the audit trail) are the point.

How does an AI SDR compare to hiring a human SDR?

No recruiting, ramp, or turnover, and the AI never gets busy or discouraged in week three. It runs from day one once it's learned your voice and audience. Unlike a hire, though, it does exactly what you approve, so you carry the judgment while it carries the volume.

What about compliance and keeping a record?

Suppression lists and opt-outs are honored across every channel and every campaign, permanently, and everything that went out and came back is logged in an audit trail. When someone asks what was sent, you have the answer, not a guess.

Which channels does the AI SDR run?

Email and LinkedIn, coordinated as one motion, with SMS for warm or consented conversations, so a prospect hears from one consistent you rather than disconnected tools. The mix is tuned to where your buyers actually respond.

What does it cost?

Usage-based, sized by the contacts the AI works each month, with a 90-day minimum so the motion has time to compound. Configure your exact volume on the live pricing page.
